How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx.
During the Holiday Season November 15- Jan 15th, all 2 day FedEx and Next Day FedEx orders received by 5pm EST will ship same day. FedEx 2 day shipping is 2 business days. For example, if you order Monday by 5pm EST your order will arrived Wednesday. Please track your order. Especially during the busy season errors can be made. Please call us right away if you did not receive your package within 2 business days. Also, please check your orders for accuracy. If any issues should arise please call us at 440.399.7301 x1.
FedEx is closed on Christmas day and Thanksgiving. Orders placed on these days will not ship until the next business day.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of placement. We typically do not ship on the weekends (Except Nov 15- Jan 15). Orders placed late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
**During the holiday season we do ship on Saturdays. 2 Day FedEx orders received by 1:30 PM EST will go out on Saturday and are expected to arrive on Tuesday.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when your order ships we will send you a notification email with a tracking number in it.
How much does shipping cost?
*Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $10. Priority and FedEx range from $6-25 depending on whether you need a next-day air delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, you can select an expedited option during the checkout process. We offer USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day Air.
Why isn't my tracking link working?
If your tracking link is not working, please call us at 440-399-7301 Ext. 1 or email us at email@example.com We will help you with tracking information and tracking your package.
My order has not arrived or my package is missing, what should I do?
Please give us a call or send an email. We strive to provide a response on the same day, or next business day if it is a weekend.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to Licensing regulations, we are unable to ship internationally. However, we do ship to military addresses.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return?
Return shipping is free. Please note that refunds are not given for costs related to expedited shipping such as Priority mail, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Next Day Air. A refund for the purchase price for the item will be provided in full, however, extra costs related to these expedited shipping methods are non refundable.
Christmas Shipping Info
We try to ship your order within 24 hours. However, during the holiday season USPS mail is sometimes backed up, so we suggest submitting your order as early as possible. If you need your package delivered within 5-7 business days, and it is during the holiday, we suggest choosing FedEx shipping. If your FedEx order is placed by 5 pm EST, it will go out the same day. Please track your order once you receive your tracking number through email. If you see an issue with your shipment or the tracking is not providing updates please call us at 440-399-7301 Ext. 1 and we can help you.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item(s)?
Our shippers at Stone Armory are amazing! They do a wonderful job packaging each order for you.However, there is always human error. Please call or email us immediately and we will correct this error.
Do you include pricing/invoice when you ship packages?
We include a packing list that includes pricing with our packages. If you would like this to be excluded for a gift item, please leave a comment in the “add a message” section at checkout.
