How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders by U.S. Postal Service or FedEx.
Our Standard Shipping carrier is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, you can select an expedited option during the checkout process. We offer
- USPS Priority Mail
- FedEx 3–4 Day
Do you ship internationally?
Due to Licensing regulations, we are unable to ship internationally. However, we do ship to military addresses.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours after they are placed. Orders placed late on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping
- If you choose to upgrade to FedEx 3–4 Day or USPS Priority, the shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the jewelry is eligible for a full refund.
Please track your order and check your orders for accuracy upon delivery, especially during the busy holiday season, as errors can be made.

How do I track my order?
We will send you a notification email with a tracking number in it when your order ships out to you. You can use the tracking link and information in the email to track your order.
If your tracking link is not working, please call us at 440-399-7301 Ext. 1 or email us at care@stonearmory.com We will help you with tracking information and tracking your package.
Shipping Costs
Do I have to pay shipping costs to make a return?
Return shipping is free. Please note that refunds are not given for costs related to expedited shipping such as Priority mail or FedEx 3-4 Day shipping.
Only the purchase price of the jewelry is eligible for a full refund.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping
- FREE for all orders over $59
- $1.99 for all orders under $59
Expedited Shipping
- Varies from $4.00 - $39.00, depending on the chosen method of shipping
Shipping Issues
My order has not arrived or my package is missing, what should I do?
Please give us a call or send an email. We strive to provide a response on the same day, or next business day if it is a weekend.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item(s)?
Our shippers at Stone Armory are amazing!
They do a wonderful job packaging each order for you. However, there is always a chance for human error. If you see an issues, please call or email us immediately and we will correct any errors.
