Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you decide within 60 days that you want to return or exchange your item, please give us a call and we can email or send you a return label and provide a full refund for your jewelry.

*Please note that we offer free standard shipping. If you upgrade to 2 Day FedEx, FedEx Next Day Air, or USPS Priority, that shipping rate cannot be refunded. Only the purchase price of your product will receive a full refund. 

 

Tracking Your Order

You will be emailed a tracking link once your shipping label is printed.

 

Where's My Order?

Once your order ships you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking number. If you do not see your confirmation email, please first check your spam, junk mail or promotion folders. If you still do not have this information, please call or email us at care@stonearmory.com.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to your newsletter?

Product information

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer fully gift-wrapped packages at this time, but we do offer gift boxes which you can view here (link). All of our items are packaged in a satin bag that works great for gift giving.

 

Do your charms fit bracelets/necklaces from other brands?

Our charms are compatible with bracelets and necklaces by Pandora, Chamilia, Biagi, and Troll.

 

How do I know a ring or bracelet will fit?

Bracelets are adjustable to fit most wrist sizes from 6.5” to 8.5”. All of our rings are adjustable as well for most hands. If your bracelet is too big or too small, please give us a call at 440-399-7301 x2 or email us at care@stonearmory.com and we will send you the correct size at no cost.

 

Will you offer designs for my university?

We are adding new schools and products all the time. We love to know what schools and designs people are looking for! Email us your school and what you are looking for at care@stonearmory.com.

 

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in both the USA and China. Our company has visited each production facility to ensure the highest standards of employee care, manufacturing and workmanship.

 

What materials are your products made of?

Most of our jewelry is stainless steel with a select variety of full copper and plated brass.

There are 5 simple “S’s” to follow in caring for your jewelry:

First, do not SHOWER in your jewelry. Soap scum will get on your jewelry and cause it to become dull and can damage the finish.

Second, do not SLEEP in your jewelry. Treat your jewelry to some rest on the dresser or nightstand.

Third, avoid getting SWEAT on your jewelry. You can still wear your jewelry in the summer, but make sure to wipe it clean after you remove it. The crystals that form when you sweat can eat away at the finish and damage it.  Remember to remove your jewelry when you exercise too.

Fourth, do not SWIM in your jewelry. Chlorine can damage the finish, so make sure to remove your jewelry when you go in a pool or Jacuzzi.

Fifth, do not SPRAY your jewelry. Make sure to put your jewelry on last when getting ready - after hairspray, cologne, perfume, and lotion.
