We offer a  product lifetime guarantee on all of our jewelry, and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Shipping is refundable up to first class price. Priority and FedEx are only refundable up to first class shipping price.

How long does it take to refund my money after I return it?

Once we receive your returned item, we typically process it and submit the refund within 24-48 hours. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days depending on the payment provider.
